Chef Tan, who spent 20 years cooking sang har mee at a well-known PJ seafood restaurant, now runs this stall inside Good View Kopitiam. Whole Indonesian freshwater prawns are stir-fried with crispy egg noodles in a sauce built entirely from prawn stock, sold by weight for a dish that regularly sells out.
