Serving bak kut teh since 1973, Heng Kee occupies a corner shoplot in PJ Old Town and only opens for dinner. The herbal broth is lighter and more fragrant than the thick Klang style, served in individual bowls with pork belly, tofu puffs and a much-loved braised black mushroom.
