Chef Mike Yap and his wife Claudia opened La Suisse in 1992, and it remains one of the few places in Malaysia serving proper Swiss-French cuisine. The raclette and fried-cheese malakoff balls are the draws, served in a warm, romantic dining room that has changed little over three decades.
