Founded in 1971 by Mr Pang Gui from a hawker stall inside Nan Yuan Restaurant, Loke Yun grew into Ampang's definitive chicken rice address. It uses only free-range, corn-fed chickens, giving the meat a firmer texture and deeper flavour than the veggie-farm birds used elsewhere.
